How do I register?
To register, click back to the previous page. Near the bottom of the page, click on "Register Here." You will need to enter your username and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Your username is your member number followed by your three-digit loan number (no spaces). You can find both numbers on your Welcome Packet. If you have questions or need assistance, call us at 800.845.5025.
Can I register multiple accounts?
The initial enrollment process enrolls one account. If you have multiple accounts to register, you can add accounts from the "Account Settings" tab after you have enrolled and logged in.
How much does this service cost?
There is no charge for the online payment service.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA
® debit or pre-paid, MasterCard
® debit, credit, or pre-paid, and Discover
® cards.
* Due to a regulation change, we cannot accept VISA® credit cards for debt repayment after April 13, 2018.
Do you accept debit cards?
Yes, we accept debit cards.
How soon are payments processed after they are submitted?
All payments are processed within one business day after being submitted.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard level encryption to protect your information. To make it more secure, we do not retain your credit/debit card information within our system.
Do I have to make a full payment?
No, you are able to make partial payments.

If you are unable to log in, please try to reset your password or make a one-time payment instead.
